Terms of Service
Last updated: August 16, 2026
1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and PMCollab, Inc. (“PMCollab”, “we”, “us”) governing your access to and use of Is It Ready (the “Service”), an AI-powered autonomous QA testing platform. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent.
2. The Service
The Service uses AI agents to plan and execute tests against applications, APIs, MCP servers, and AI agents that you register, producing runs, findings, scores, and supporting evidence such as screenshots and network traces. Features may change as the Service evolves, and features offered during preview or early-access periods may be modified or withdrawn.
3. Accounts and organizations
You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Workspaces are organized into organizations; organization administrators control membership, billing, and settings such as evidence retention for their organization.
4. Authorized testing only
The Service drives real browsers, sends real network traffic, and can run load, security, and red-team style tests. You may only target applications, APIs, and servers that you own or that you have explicit authorization to test. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service against any target is lawful and authorized, and for any consequences of testing targets you were not permitted to test.
5. Plans, credits, and billing
Paid plans are billed per seat through our payment provider, Paddle, which acts as the merchant of record for self-serve purchases. Plans include monthly AI and compute credit allowances granted to your organization; additional credit packs can be purchased. Credit allowances, prices, and plan features are described in the Service and may change with notice. Enterprise plans are sold by negotiated contract, and where a contract conflicts with these Terms the contract controls.
6. Your content and test evidence
You retain ownership of the specs, configurations, and other content you submit, and of the applications you test. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service — including processing your content with third-party AI model providers to plan and evaluate tests, and storing test evidence (screenshots, network captures, console output, page snapshots, and traces) on your behalf. Test evidence may include data from your application, including data belonging to your own users; you are responsible for having the right to capture and store that data. Evidence is retained per your organization’s retention settings (see the Privacy Policy).
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- test targets without authorization, or use the Service to attack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any system;
- circumvent usage limits, credit metering, or access controls;
- resell or provide the Service to third parties except as agreed in writing;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law.
8. AI-generated output
Test plans, scores, findings, and reports are generated by AI and may be incomplete or incorrect. They are provided to inform your own judgment and do not guarantee that a passing application is free of defects or that reported findings are accurate. You are responsible for reviewing findings before acting on them, including before filing them to external systems such as GitHub.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, or data. Our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms, including unauthorized testing. Upon termination, stored evidence and workspace data are deleted in accordance with our retention and erasure practices.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service, and continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Contact
Questions about these Terms can be raised through the Support page in your workspace.
